Situational Leadership adjusts the approach to best fit the needs of those we coach. Not everyone in the pack can pedal at the same pace; Some people are in their stride while others have to pedal a lot harder to keep up. Our job as coaches is to help people find their stride. To do this, we have to know everyone's cadences and meet people where they are.
